Greg has more than 20 years of combined human resource practitioner and consulting experience. He prides himself in creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients to provide continued support in developing solutions to meet their unique challenges. Greg employs a broad-based approach to compensation consulting to ensure he develops effective plans to meet his clients’ needs. Areas of expertise include strategic guidance to clients in all areas of reward consulting.
Before joining Compdata Consulting, Greg spent 14 years as Sr. Consultant and Reward Practice Leader with Hay Group where he worked with organizations in a broad spectrum of industries, both public and private sector, locally and globally. He also consulted independently with the Wolf Consulting Group where he worked with organizations on total compensation projects such as compensation philosophy development, implementation strategies, benefits analysis among others. Prior to that, he served in human resource and operations management positions with Hallmark Cards for 17 years. Greg has an M.B.A. in HR Management.
Greg is also a published author and speaker on various total rewards topics. His published works include "5 Steps to Revamp Your Compensation Plan," which recently made WorldatWork's 2012 Top 10 List for most accessed workspan articles.
Dane has more than 18 years of project management and organizational leadership experience. He currently oversees all aspects of consulting operations for Compdata Consulting. Areas of expertise include market reviews, peer group reports, custom data reports, base pay and salary planning, and program recommendations.
Prior to joining the consulting division, Dane held a leading role in survey operations with Compdata Surveys. He holds a Master’s degree. Dane is also a published author and speaker on various total rewards topics. His published works include "5 Steps to Revamp Your Compensation Plan," which recently made WorldatWork's 2012 Top 10 List for most accessed workspan articles.[contactbox]
With more than 15 years of human resources experience in a variety of areas including strategic management and organization change, Shawna has vast knowledge of compensation and benefits practices. She has 11 years experience in compensation survey administration and consulting, including executive compensation, compensation structures, market reviews and custom surveys for a variety of industries, such as healthcare, manufacturing, government and defense contractors.
Shawna has prior HR experience in the telecommunications and business services industries. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree and the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
Sarah has over 12 years of experience in human resources with the majority of her focus in compensation and benefit practices. She oversees all aspects of survey operations for Compdata Surveys, including the publication and development of national and custom surveys. Sarah also conducts data and trend analysis, market analysis, industry reviews, custom reporting, and survey structure and design.
Sarah’s prior HR experience includes seven years with a leading Fortune 500 company in the telecommunications industry. She has an M.B.A. in HR Management.
